RETURN POLICY

Returns due: Due to the nature of the prize competitions, Dream A Watch applied a no-return, no-refund policy. Once an entry has been submitted and the payment has been made, it is considered definitive and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned for any reason whatsoever.

Defective products: If you receive a product from Dream A Watch that is faulty or damaged, please contact our customer service team at contact@dreamawatch.com. We will assess the problem and provide a solution that may include repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

Delivery errors: If you receive a product that is not what you ordered, or if any parts or components are missing, please contact our customer service team at contact@dreamawatch.com. We will investigate the problem and provide a solution that may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Shipping costs: Dream A Watch is not responsible for the cost of shipping returns, repairs, or replacements. Clients are responsible for ensuring that any returned product is properly packaged and insured to prevent damage in transit.

Processing time: If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 working days from the date of approval. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used to make the purchase.
